How do I buy tickets for concerts on Ticketmaster UAE?

Visit www.ticketmaster.ae, select your event, and follow the steps to complete your purchase online.

Can I choose my seats when buying concert tickets?

Yes. For most seated events, you’ll be able to select your preferred seats using our interactive seat map. For general admission or standing events, tickets are sold by section or area.

Will I receive an e-ticket or a physical ticket?

Ticket delivery depends on the event. Most events use mobile tickets, accessed via our Ticketmaster App or browser, which can be scanned from your phone at the venue. However, some events may issue physical tickets or offer other delivery methods—please check the event page for specific details.

Can I resell my concert ticket if I can’t attend?

Are there any age restrictions for concerts?

What happens if a concert is postponed or cancelled?

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, refund procedures will be announced by the Event Partner. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any events. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

Can I bring a bag or camera to the venue?
